SRC梁受力性能的试验研究——刚度、裂缝和受弯极限承载力

摘要 通过对12个SRC受弯梁的试验,对SRC梁的刚度、裂缝宽度和受弯极限承载力进行研究和理论分析。研究表明SRC梁的变形性能较RC梁优越,这是因为SRC梁中型钢对混凝土的变形存在有效的约束作用,型钢屈服后,这种约束作用减弱,变形急剧增加。考虑了型钢对混凝土的约束作用,以试验分析为基础,建立了SRC梁的刚度公式以及建议了计算SRC梁裂缝宽度所取用的型钢、钢筋和混凝土应力分布以及钢筋和型钢与混凝土粘结应力分布的简化图形。在此基础上导出了简单、实用的裂缝宽度计算公式。 By testing 12 SRC (steel reinforced concrete) beams the stiffness, crack width and ultimate bending strength of SRC beams are analysed. Test results indicated that the deformation capacity of SRC beam is better than reinforced concrete beams. Be- cause the part of the concrete in SRC beam is confined by steels, and only after steel yields, the concrete fails, this paper derived the formula for evaluating the stiffness, tak- ing into account the concrete is confined by the steels, and presents the stress distribution of steel, steel bars and concrete, as well as the bond stress distribution between steel, steel bars and concrete for deriving the formula to evalute the crack width.
