摘要
本文根据钢筋混凝土烟囱筒体结构的实际构造,提出了烟囱中心偏移单元分析法。在计算中,按筒体曲率沿高度实际分布,同时考虑日照温度的整体效应、混凝土的塑性影响、基础倾斜以及P-△效应等因素。该法便于应用计算机计算,结果也较精确。为简化计算,本文还根据我国目前数个典型烟囱的实际结构,推导出中心偏移统计计算公式。最后将中心偏移的计算结果与实测值进行了对比,结果表明两者吻合较好。
Based on the actual cylindrical shell structure of the RC chimneys,the unit analysis
method for calculating its centre deviation is presented,in which the actual distribution of
curvature along height,the effect of the temperature caused by insolation on the whole
structure,the plastic behavior of concrete in construction and the incline of the founda-
tion and P-Δ effect are all considered. So this method is accurate and easy to use by the
computer. In order to simplify the calculation through the dimension analysis, the empiri-
cal formula based upon the data obtained from the several chimneys on the spot in China
recently has been developed. Comparing the theoretical valuses and empirical values of
the centre deviation with the observed values,it shows that they are coincident well.
