摘要
高能气体压裂用气体发生器外壳是施工成败关键因素之一,本文在分析PVC管和3640环氧树脂管存在问题的基础上,提出采用可重复使用的金属外壳,并对泄气结构,峰值压力近似计算,外壳防转和防冲等问题作了说明。经大庆六井次油井试验,证明原理正确,方案可行,使现场试验取得了突破性进展。
The shell of the gas generator used in high energy gas fracturing is one of the key factors in borehole operations. In this paper, based on the analysis of the existing problem of PVC pipe and 3640 epoxy pipe, a metal shell which can be used repeatedly is introduced. The structure of gas drainage, approximate calculation of peak value, rotation—proof and lash—proof, etc. are stated. After six times of borehole test in Daging Oil Field, the principies are proved correct, and the plan is practical. The tests have therefore made a breakthrough in the oil field.
