摘要
分析了多菌灵的主要生产工序的质量,观测非正态分布值时取时距扩大的修匀均值变换。利用控制图对工序进行了有效的现场控制并在实践中取得了明显的改进。
This paper analyses the quality of the principal productive process of polyporin, and observes the non-normal distribution value using a trimmed meanvalue transformation with expanding travel-time. An effective spot-control method with control chart has been made in productive process, and obvious improvements are obtained in practice.
