摘要
在三乙基苄基氯化铵 (TEBA)存在下的水介质中 ,芳亚甲基丙二腈与 1 萘酚发生加成、环化反应生成 2 氨基 3 氰基 4 芳基苯并 [h]色烯 .产物的结构通过元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱确证 ,该方法具有操作简单、产率高。
A series of 2-amino-3-eyano-4-arylbenzo[h]chromenes were synthesized by the reaction of arylmethlene malononitrile with 1-naphthol in the presence of triethylbenzylammonium chloride (TEBA) in water. The structures of all products were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and H-1 NMR spectra. Compared to the previous methods, this new protocol has the advantages of high yields, inexpensive medium and environmental friendlyness.
