摘要
为配合教学改革的需要 ,首次在本科生中试行《动物学》全英文教学。针对一年级学生的英语水平和特点 ,结合《动物学》课程的特性 ,在课堂教学中合理运用多媒体技术 ,调动学生学习积极性 ,激发学生兴趣 。
To meet the challenge of internationalization and to provide basic information on zoology for our first year students in biology and related life science, We use English to teach 'Zoology' in Huazhong University of Science and Technology(HUST). Because zoology is a science to study animals' shape, structure, function, and their relation to environment, we use multimedia techniques to make our teaching more real and easier for our students to accept. Computer aided pictures, sounds, animations, and movies are used. The result has certified that our reform is successful.
