摘要
通过对瓷砖压制工艺流程的研究,并根据200T自动液压压砖机的工作要求提出了一种基于可编程控制器和触摸屏的小型压机的控制系统。文中结合系统硬件结构介绍了人机界面、压制制度设置、自动循环工作模式、设备调整和故障诊断与处理等主要功能及实现方法。
By the study of the production process and the working request of200T automatic hydraulic press machine of tile,this article introduced the controlling system based the programmable logic controller and the touch panel.
