摘要
在分析并联机床控制特点的基础上,介绍了美国kollmorgen公司的8轴联动运动控制卡,提出以此卡为控制核心、工业控制机为系统支撑单元的主从式7轴联动并联机床数控系统设计方案,并分析了系统硬件结构和软件模块。
Based on the study of the control characteristics about parallel kinematics machine(PKM), the paper introduces eight - axis motion card of KOLLMORGEN company. It presents a master - slaved CNC of parallel machine tools. The core of control in CNC is motion card, and the support of the system is IPC. It analyzes the hardware configuration and software module of the system.
