摘要
通过对广东省江门市中心医院17例医疗纠纷案例的医患双方原因分析提出管理对策:加强法律知识学习,提高法律意识,重视医院文化建设,实践“循证医学”,强化证据管理,维护患者的知情同意权,经济赔偿责任到人。
Based on the analysis of the causes from medical service provider and patient in 17 medical dispute cases in the CentralHospital of Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, the article outlines the policies towards management: to intensify study of knowledge on lawand regulation, to improve the sense of law and regulation, to focus on building hospital culture, to practice 'evidence based medicine', tostrengthen prove management, to protect the patient's right to be informed and of agreement, the responsibility for economic compensationshould be placed on individual.
