摘要
零件信息描述是CAPP发展的关键技术之一。本文首先提出一种新的结构要素概念,并在此基础上,建立了一种适用于轴套类零件的描述方法,该方法可以完整地描述轴套类零件的设计、制造信息。结构要素概念还可应用于CAPP系统的后续模块,且为工艺决策模型的建立以及工序图的自动输出提供了方便。
The description model for machine parts is one of the key points in computer aided process planning(CAPP) system. In this paper, a new concept structure element is presented. Based on this concept, a description model for the bush-axle type parts is established. The model can entirely describe the design and manufacturing information of bush-axle type parts. The structure element can also be used in following-up modules of CAPP system to simplify the process decision and the automatic output of operating. diagram.
