摘要
加入WTO对陕西果业既有正面影响也有负面影响 ,应在政府扶持下 ,以提高果品质量为核心 ,加大科技投入、创新体制、提高从业人员素质、实施品牌战略 ,面向国际市场 ,在竞争中做大做强陕西果业。
WTO membership offers the fruit industry in Shaanxi Province both opportunities and challenges. With the support from the Government, quality improvement should be the top agenda in the development. More scientific and technological involvement should be encouraged. Equal importance should be attached to system innovation, employees' qualification, famous brand strategy, and developing the international markets for great progress in the field.
