摘要
以盐酸溶液(1十1)溶解金属镁样品,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法同时测定金属镁样品中的杂质元素铁、硅、锰、铝、铜和镍。采用标准溶液与样品溶液基体相一致的方法消除基体干扰。对标准样品进行测定,测定结果与标准值基本一致,相对标准偏差小于7%。t检验结果证明,该方法不存在系统误差。
The sample was dissolved by hydrochloric acid solution(1 + 1) , then iron, silicon, manganese, aluminum, copper and nickel in magnesium were simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrum (TCP - AES). The same matrix between standard solution and sample solution had been done for eliminating the matrix interfere. For the determination of the standard sample, the result of the method is basically consistent with the standard value of the standard sample and the relative standard deviation is less than 7%. t-test proved that there is no systematic error in the method.
