摘要
文章采用4因素、4水平正交设计试验,探索4种微量元素组合对香椿种子发芽的影响。综合发芽率、发芽势指标,选出较优的4种组合。然后采用双因素机区组设计试验,探讨被选出的4种浸种液与4种营养液对种芽的影响。综合考虑鲜重、干重指标,选出较优组合为A1*B3。
Through the experiments with four trace elements, four levels of nutrient liquid according to positive intersect design, this essay probes the influence of the combination of four kinds of trace elements on the sprout of Toona seeds. Four better combinations are selected by synthesizing the rate index and tendency of seed sprouts. Then by adopting the two selected trace elements to continue the experiment with random access, the author probes the influence of the four soaking liquid and four nutrient liquid on Toona seeds. After analyzing the index of the weight of fresh and dried sprouts, the results show that the best combination of the experiment is A1*B3.
