摘要
以TiCl4、ZnCl2 为原料 ,采用液相共沉淀法制备了ZnO/TiO2 纳米复合粉体 ,并用DSC TG、XRD、TEM技术对纳米复合粉体进行了表征。结果表明 :纳米TiO2 粉体经ZnO复合后 ,耐温性能得到显著提高 ,复合粉体经 90 0℃煅烧后 ,粒径在 2 0 30nm左右 ,TiO2 晶型完全是锐钛矿结构。
ZnO/TiO 2 Nanometer powders is prepared by a precipitation method from TiCl 4、ZnCl 2. It is investigated by DSC-TG、XRD and TEM. The results show the nanometer TiO 2 powder composited by ZnO resists high temperature remarkably. When the calcining temperature of nanometer ZnO/TiO 2 was 900 ℃, it exhibits small crystallite sizes of 20-30 nm. The structure of nanometer TiO 2 powder is single anatase.
