摘要
贾让的"治河三策"因其记载简略和一些关键地方指代不明而一直解说纷纭,许多问题至今仍无统一定论。在结合贾让提出"三策"时黄河的实际河情、地形地势条件和社会背景等因素,客观地分析和理解它,并分析了贾让"治河三策"的优缺点。最后,试图用历史唯物主义的辩证观提出自己的看法。
JIA Rang's three plans of harnessing the Yellow River in Xixia Dynasty,many of whose problems haven't been reviewed unanimously up to now,have been interpreted into various kinds of statements.This paper makes an attempt to analyze and comprehend it objectively according to the actual condition of the Yellow River,social background and the terrain during the period of that time. Then it dissected some of some of the advantages and disadvantages of the three plans of JIA Rang.At the end of this paper the writer's views are set forth on the dialectical and historical standpoints.
