in September,China came to agreement with Russia“in 2004,co-operation in exploiting tour resources of Heilongjiang valley”.It is a good chance for China to collaborate with Russia in tourism,which will exploit and develop tour resources on the bank of Heilongjiang.It is also an important measure that Heilongjiang province tourism will open up the Russian market.
