摘要
责任范畴是科技伦理学中的核心范畴。传统伦理学把责任仅仅理解为义务的观点是有缺陷的。近年来有人把责任理解为就是"要求"、就是"负担"或者就是"负责"的观点也是存在不足的。在科技伦理学的视野中,责任就是为了个人和社会的存在和发展,根据自然和社会的客观的需要,个人和团体尤其是科技工作者及其相关团体应当做与其角色相应的有利于自然和社会的事和承担有害于自然和社会的后果。
Calling duty has been the strongest voice in today's science and technology times. There are four kinds of old views: responsibility is incumbency,is request,is burden or obligation . Based on the analysis of their advantages and distanvages, this thesis puts forward a new understanding that the obligation's essential is 'ought to' in the background of today's science and technology times.
