摘要
通过分析高炉中部炉衬侵蚀情况及破损机理 ,认为延长炉衬寿命的关键是降低炉衬热面温度和降低升温速率 ,而中部调剂对炉衬寿命是有害的。
The erosion and damage mechanism of BF belly lining is analyzed. The conclusion is that the key measure for long campaign is to reduce lining working temperature and heating rate. The regulation at the belly is harmful to long campaign.
