It introduce the composition and characteristic of VSAT satellite communication system.Combined with VSAT satellite network in Pingding and Yuxian county electric power dispatcher.Analyse and Compare 'single skip'and 'double skip'satellite network,the Shyframe satellite device made in ACT company America and SSA--II satellite device made in Jielat company Israel.Sums up the experiences and lessons in application on VSAT satellite system in electric power.
