摘要
本文对共晶A1-Si合金液淬试样的显微硬度进行了分析,发现α枝晶臂间距同共晶组织的显微硬度存在着线性关系,并得出回归方程。由于α枝晶臂间距同冷却速度存在关系,由此可通过显微硬度对冷却速度进行判定。
A method is described for estimating the cooling rate of rapidly solidified Al-Si alloys. The experiments show that a linear relation exists between dendrite arm spacing and the microhardness of eutectic structure in the eutectic A1-Si alloys. It is well known that the dendrite arm spacing in aluminum alloys is related to the cooling rate. Therefore, cooling rate can be estimated by microhardness.
