摘要
分析了12CrNi3A钢制渗碳齿轮的失效原因。主要失效表现为粘着磨损和划伤;齿面烧伤和熔融;轮齿塑性变形;过载折齿和疲劳折齿等。失效的基本原因为润滑不良和冷却不力等。
Failure analysis of a carburized gear train in 12CrNi3A steel has been done in thispaper. The results indicate that the adhesive wear and scuffing, the tooth surface burning and fusing, gear tooth plastic deformation, overload and fatigue fracture were taken place. The failure was mainly caused by ineffective lubricating and cooling in operating processes.
