摘要
本文利用正电子湮没技术测量了700℃时含铈0-0.95%的一组铁铈合金的线形参数S。经过数据处理,得出了700℃时铈在纯铁中的固溶度为0.085%左右。此结果与电子探针的测量结果相一致。
The lineshape parameter S of a series of Fe-Ce alloys with different Ce content (0—0.95wt%) at 700℃ was measured by the positron annihilation method. The analysis of the experimental results shows that the solid solubility of Ce in pure iron at 700℃ is around 0.085wt%. The same result was obtained by means of electron probe microanalysis.
