摘要
以木材工业的产业发展为背景,讨论了木材科学与工程专业创新人才培养模式与产业发展的关系,提出了产业背景下创新人才的培养目标和具体要求,同时介绍了在教学实践中围绕产业变化采取的一些改革措施。
This paper introduces the present conditions of the wood industry and the education mode of creative talents for wood science and engineering specialty in relation to wood industrial background. The authors also put forward the target and requirements of creative talents cultivation as well as some measures for reforming the teaching practices.
