摘要
MobileIPv6引入了平滑切换(SmoothHandoff)的概念,目的是尽量减少移动节点(MN)在切换中的丢包,做到无缝切换。介绍了MobileIPv6中平滑切换的过程,对于移动节点在平滑切换时TCP的性能进行了仿真,分析仿真结果中存在的问题,为以后进一步的研究提供重要的参考。
The purpose of smooth handoff is introduced to reduce the loss of data during the handoff and ensure the QoS of real-time applications.In this paper,we firstly describe the process of smooth handoff. Then we simulate the process on NS and analysis the experimental result.We find some issues which would lead to negative affect to TCP performance.
