摘要
需求管理是软件开发过程中一个重要的环节,贯彻于整个软件开发过程的始终。首先分析了需求管理的内涵,给出了能力成熟度模型中关于需求管理的要求及具体执行。从极限编程的实践入手,分析了在极限编程中对需求是如何管理的。最后,就需求的确定、实现和变更几个方面验证了极限编程中需求管理与能力成熟度模型中要求的一致性,并对极限编程中的文档处理给出了说明。
Requirements management is an important part of the software development.This paper, at first, analyzes the essence of requirments management, and point out the demands and execution about requirments management in the capability maturity model.Then discusses how to manage the requirements in XP.Finally, from the aspects of establishment, realization and modification of requirements, validate that the requirements management in XP meets the targets of the capability maturity model, and present the documents management in XP.
