摘要
校正的TIMI帧数是较之TIMI血流分级更为客观、更具可重复性的简便可行的临床连续性变量指标 ,在评价冠脉血流储备、冠状动脉微循环状况和急性冠状动脉综合征预后中以及大规模临床试验中都有着广泛的应用 ,已日趋受到临床和科研的重视。
Corrected TIMI frame count,an easily applied contin uo us variable,is more objective and reproducible than TIMI flow grades classificat ion.It has been widely used in coronary reserve estimates,coronary microcirculat ion assessments and prognosis evaluation of patients with acute coronary syndrom e.Thus,it has gained more and more clinical and researching concentration.The te chniques and updated clinical application of the corrected TIMI frame count is r eviewed in this article.
