摘要
目的 :探讨羟甲碘合剂作为根管充填剂的疗效。方法 :A组 1 2 0牙用羟基磷灰石、甲硝唑、碘仿合剂作根管充填剂 ;B组1 5 0牙用丁香油氧化锌牙胶尖作根管充填 ,进行 3个月、6个月、1年及 3年的临床疗效观察和根尖X线观察 ,并进行对比。结果 :3年内临床观察A组疗效高于B组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;在促进根尖孔闭合 ,诱导根尖周骨质再生 ,A组亦明显高于B组 (P <0 .0 1～P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the paste of hydroxyapatite iodine flag as root canal filling material.Methods:The 120 teeth in group A were treated by the paste of hydroxyapatite iodine flagy as root canal filling material.The 150 teeth in group B were treated by the paste of zincoxide eugend and gutta percha point as root canal filling material.The clinical effects were evaluated based on the evidence of X ray and the follow up results of 3 months,6 months,1 year and 3 years were compared.Results:The effect was better in group A than in group B( P <0.05);and so was the reconstruction of apical bone( P <0.01 to P <0.005).Conclusions:The paste of hydroxyapatite iodine flag is the ideal material for root canal filling.
