摘要
目的 :探讨改良的Sugiura术式在治疗门静脉高压症临床应用的安全性、手术时机的选择、疗效及并发症的防治。方法 :对 87例门静脉高压症病人行改良的Sugiura术 (87例 )并与对照组 (48例 )贲门周围血管离断术比较。结果 :改良的Sugiura术与传统的Sugiura术具有同样的疗效 ,且较后者损伤小、临床应用范围广 ,贲门周围血管离断彻底、术后再出血率低。结论 :改良的Sugiura术式是一种安全、可行、具有良好临床效果的治疗方法 。
Objective: To evaluate the safety, timing of the operation, efficacy and prevention of the complications of the modified Sugiura operation in the treatment of portal hypertension. Methods: To compare the results of 87 cases of portal hypertension who underwent radical Sugiura operation (group 1) with those of 48 cases who underwent ligation of pericardial vein (group 2). Results: Compared with the original Sugiura operation, the modified Sugiura operation has the same efficacy with less traumatic and lower rehemorrhage rate and is more complete, so it can be widely used. Conclusion: The modified Sugiura operation is a safe and effective method. It can prevent hemorrhage due to rupture of esophageal varicose vein effectively.
