摘要
目的:对两种氯雷他定(百为坦和开瑞坦)治疗湿疹、皮炎的成本效果进行分析。方法:将患者分为两组,每组30例, 分别服用百为坦和开瑞坦,除观察疗效外还进行成本效果分析。结果:两组疗效相当,均无明显的不良反应。但百为坦的治疗成 本明显低于开瑞坦。结论:氯雷他定治疗湿疹、皮炎疗效高,安全性好。百为坦比开瑞坦治疗成本低。
Objective: To analyze the cost and effectiveness of two kinds of loratadine tablets (clarityne and profadine) in treating eczema and dermatitis. Methods: The patients were divided into 2 groups, 30 patients in clarityne group, and 30 patients in profadine group. All patients received profadine and clarityne 10 mg, po, qd for 28 days, respectively. Therapeutic effect was observed, the cost and effectiveness of two drugs were analyzed. Results: The effective rates of clarityne group and profadine group were 76.7% and 73.3%, respectively, the difference was not significant(P > 0.05). The adverse reaction for both groups were mild. The cost of profadine was lower than that of clarityne. Conclusions: Clarityne and profadine are effective and safe in treating eczema and dermatitis, but profadine is cheaper than clarityne.
