摘要
目的 :探讨绝经后子宫出血的病因及诊断和治疗的方法。方法 :查阅文献 ,进行综述。结果 :绝经后子宫出血的病因大致分为子宫良、恶性疾病 ,分泌性激素的卵巢及卵管肿瘤以及激素替代治疗所致的出血等。根据询问病史及全面体检的结果 ,选择恰当的方法进行规范的诊断。待确诊后给予相应治疗。结论
Objective:To investigate the cause of postmenopausal uterine bleeding and its diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Reading the literatures,then recapitulating them.Results:The main cause of postmenopausal uterine bleeding were malignant or benign uterine diseases,ovariotubal tumor secreting sex hormone and hormone replacement therapy.Standard diagnosis was maken by using accurate methods through history-taking and genera1 physica1 check-up,then relevant therapy was performed.Conclusion:The Key point of therapy for postmenopaudsal uterine bleeding is by using accurate diagnosic measure.
