摘要
国际合作计划生育结合项目在云南省罗平县实施 3年来 ,已经对该县的人口、资源与环境的协调发展起到了重要的促进作用。而项目的深入开展 :培育人口控制、资源利用与环境保护良性循环的运行机制 ;将人口、资源与环境的协调发展纳入社会经济全面发展的总目标 ;将人口规划、资源利用规划与环境保护规划有机结合 ;以及因地制宜、扬长避短 ,充分发挥自身优势等 ,是实现罗平县可持续发展的必由之路。
The IP Project has been in implementation for three years in Luoping County, Yunnan Province, and played an important role in promoting harmonious development of population, resources and environment in Luoping County. Luoping County achieves sustainable development by deepening the implementation of the Project, establishing a operational mechanism to realize virtuous circles of population control, resource utilization and environment protection, bringing the harmonious development of population, resources and environment into the overall objectives of social and economic development, combining population planning, resource utilization planning and environment project, and exerting its own advantages.
