摘要
以人力资本理论为依据 ,通过分析农村劳动力受教育程度与农民收入之间的关系 ,说明提高农民收入的关键不全在于农业制度的变迁与物力资本的投入 ,核心挑战是农村人力资源的开发。
This article, based on the theory of human capital, analyses the relation between farmers' income and their education degree. It proves that the key to increase the farmers' income lies in the development of the rural human resources rather than in the change of the agriculture system and the investment of material capital only.
