摘要
对黄海产海燕(Asterinapectinifera)生殖腺中几种营养成分进行了测定。结果表明 ,海燕生殖腺中蛋白质含量为43.25% ,粗脂肪含量为14.22%,化学元素含量丰富 ,海燕生殖腺具有开发利用价值.
The nutrient compositions of the gonad of Asterina pectinifera collected from the Huanghai sea have been determined.The results showed that gonad of the echinodermat contains a large amount of nutritive,such as proteins(43.25%) ,fat(14.22%)and some chemical elements.This suggested that the gonad of Asterina pectinifera has a great utilization potential
