摘要
目的:为寰椎后弓侧块螺钉固定提供解剖学依据。方法:用电子游标卡尺和量角器对40例干燥寰椎标本测量与进钉技术相关的解剖学数据。结果:测量得出寰椎后弓平均高度为4.58mm,寰椎“椎弓根”平均宽度为7.89mm,侧块中部平均高度和宽度分别为12.94mm和12.76mm,最大进钉深度为28.50mm,螺钉内斜角度为9.1°,上斜角度为4.7°。结论:进行寰椎后弓侧块螺钉固定是安全可行的。该术式可望成为寰枢段后路短节段固定的优选术式。
Objective:To provide anatomic data for posterior'pedicle'screw placement on atlas.Method:40dry atlas specimens were used to measure anatomic data relative to screw placement technique with an electronic digital caliper and a goniometer.Result:The mean height of C1(atlas)posterior arch was4.58mm,the average width of C1'pedicle'was7.89mm,and the mean height and width of the mid-portion of C1lateral mass was12.94mm and12.76mm,respectively.The average screw trajectory length was28.50mm,the average medial and superior inclination angle of screw projection was9.1°and4.7°,separately.Conclusion:It is quite possible and safe to place'pedicle'screw on atlas.C1'pedicle'screws may be an alternative method to C1-2traditional posterior fixation technique in selected patients.
