含缺陷管道补强修复技术发展及应用现状分析 被引量:9

摘要 油气输送管道在服役过程中会受到许多因素的影响而产生各种缺陷,这些缺陷的存在及其发展会影响管道的安全性,有效地修复这类缺陷是确保管线安全运行和提高油气集输效益的关键技术措施。通过对常用含缺陷管道补强修复方法特点的比较及对玻璃钢补强修复技术的应用现状与发展态势分析,指出目前已开发及使用的管道修复方法均存在一些不足,研究开发出具有更高强度和良好施工工艺性能的补强修复技术及产品,加强管道缺陷检测及安全评价等配套技术的开发,是今后研究中急需加强的工作。 Oil and gas pipeline is often affected by many factors with a variety of defects during its service process,which will influence the security of the pipeline.The key step to keep the pipeline running safely and efficiently is how to remove these defects effectively. This paper studies the characters of often used methods to repair pipeline with defects and analyzes the development and application status of reinforcement method with FRP, and points out that the techniques which are being used are imperfect and it is necessary to accelerate the development of new reinforcing and repairing methods and products with higher strength and better quality, and it is also necessary to emphasi ze on the detection and evaluation of pipeline with defects.
