摘要
本文给出了一由半开式离心叶轮和叶片扩压器组成的模型级的设计及其三维粘性流场分析。设计采用S_1/S_2流面迭代的准三维方法,数值分析采用对N-S时均方程求解的Euranus程序,计算中采用中心差分格式和Baldwin-Lomax代数紊流模型。文中对从喘振点到堵塞点的八个工况进行了数值模拟,分析不同工况下流场的变化规律,为模型级的优化设计打下基础。
This paper reports the design of an unshrouded centrifugal compressor model stage with vane diffuser and its 3-D viscous numerical analysis. The S1/S2 iteration method is used in design and Euranus program is used to solve N-S Equation in numerical analysis. Central discretization and Baldwin-Lomax algebraic turbulent model is applied. The paper includes numerical simulations of eight operating conditions from surge point to blockage point.
