一种非共沸混合工质的循环特性分析 被引量:5

THERMODYNAMIC CYCLE EVALUATION OF A NON-AZEOTROPIC MIXTURES IN THEORY AND EXPERIMENT

摘要 本文首先利用CSD方程进行了理论分析,得到了R290/R123/R600a物系的COP值、单位容积制冷量、冷凝和蒸发压力的相图;然后,在小型压缩式热泵实验台上进行了实际工况运行分析,发现该工质可以在较大的温度范围高效循环,这也是目前其它工质所不具备的特点。 In this paper, groups of non-azeotropic mixtures (R290/R123/R600a) are analyzed in difference conditions by using CSD equation, and the results about COP, refrigerating capacity, condensing pressure and evaporation pressure are shown in some figures. Afterward, the mixtures are used in a small style heat pump system and many experiments are carried out. According to the experimental data, conclusions may be drawn that the mixtures could be used in wide range of temperature with high efficiency.
