摘要
旋转压实仪SGC是Superpave混合料设计与分析体系的核心部分 ,它的出现引起了国际上对旋转压实设备和工作原理及参数设置的密切关注。通过介绍了目前国际上流行的三种旋转压实设备及其工作原理 ,即美国工程兵团旋转压实仪GTM、法国LCPC旋转压实仪和Superpave旋转压实仪SGC ,对旋转压实参数设置进行了分析 ,供引进、开发和应用旋转压实设备时参考。
The Superpave Gyratory Compactor is the core of mixture design and analysis system. Its emerging has attracted global attention on such equipment as well as its working principles and parameter configuration.This paper introduces the working principles and parameter configuration of 3 worldwide-popular gyratory compactors, i.e. GTM (the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Gyratory Testing Machine), PCG (the French LCPC of Gyratory Shear Compacting Press) and SGC (Superpave Gyratory Compactor). The analysis on the parameter configuration of the gyratory compactor provides references for introduction, development and application of such equipment.
