摘要
本文研究了煤炭抓斗取料过程中受力和力的平衡,揭示了抓斗挖料机理及与挖料有关的全部物理量之间的内在联系。应用相似理论,分析了抓斗挖料现象的相似条件及转换关系,得到有实际意义的结论,结论受到多次实验的证实。文章还讨论了抓斗抓取性能相似与抓斗强度、刚度、稳定性相似条件之间的关系。
This paper studies the force and the equilibrium of forces in the process of reclamation and demonstrates the internal relations between the reclaiming mechanism of grab buckets and all concerned physical quantities. Applying the similarity theory,the author analyses the similar conditions and converting relationship of reclamation. The conclusion reached is verified by tests. This paper also discusses the relations between the similarity of grabbing properties and similarity requirments of the strength,rigidity and stability of the grab bucket.
