摘要
本文论述了用深切缓进给磨削工艺加工261P 涡轮增压器叶片枞树形榫齿的试验研究。用正交试验法优化工艺参量,用夹丝法及顶丝法半人工热电偶测出磨削区及工件表层温度分布曲线。磨削后试件精度合乎图纸设计要求;磨后表面层内应力状态及数值均较理想,硬化层浅,表面粗糙度值低。
This paper describes the experiments of processing blade Fir-shape tenon of 261P turbosuper- charger by using creep-feed grinding technique.The orthogonal tests is used for optimizing wheel char- acteristics and grinding parameters.Some researches on grinding temperature,chip geometry and grind- ing formation are carried out.The inspection shows that the precision,surface roughness,micro-hard- ness and stress are all in agreement with design requirments。
