摘要
Apelin是孤儿G蛋白偶联受体APJ的天然配体 ,具有正性肌力、降血压、减少抗利尿激素释放、促进摄水、调节垂体激素释放、调整生物节律和抑制HIV侵入等多种生物学效应 ,是一种重要的生理调节肽。
