摘要 半胱氨酸蛋白酶是一类重要的细胞外基质降解酶。半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C ,简称胱抑素C(CC)是这一蛋白酶抑制剂超家族主要成员之一。近来研究发现 ,CC通过对半胱氨酸蛋白酶活性的调节及其它可能的途径 ,参与了多种组织ECM代谢 ,与组织纤维化的发生、发展可能有密切关系。
