摘要
采用基于Web服务的三层结构建立系统。用户层利用微软的ActiveX技术建立数控仿真显示控件,中间层采用COM组件技术处理仿真轨迹的计算过程。通过研究基于Web的数控仿真软件的一些关键技术和方法,使用VC++、ASP开发系统,实现了用户在浏览器中进行NC代码编写、刀具轨迹显示及加工过程实效模拟等功能。
The system is based on Web services and three-layer model. User layer makes use of ActiveX Control to display Numerical Control Simulation by ActiveX technology of Microsoft, middle layer deals with computing simulation trace by COM technology. By the study of some pivotal technologies and methods about Numerical Control Simulation software based on Web, the system is built with VC++\ASP Tools and realize some functions that enable user to write NC code, observe cut trace and simulations of machining in IE browser.
