摘要
将原光切显微镜的照相机位置改装成数码相机,这样就构成了表面粗糙度光切显微镜数码图像数据处理系统。该系统可以对摄取的数码图像进行处理,提取零件表面二维的廓形曲线,计算出GB3505-83规定的表面粗糙度的6个评定参数,实现了图像提取和数据处理的自动化。
The film camera is replaced with a digital camera origin light-section microscope.And then the system of data processing is setuped.In the system,the profile curve of a part can be pick-uped and 6 parameters of surface roughness in GB3505-83 can be calculated too. The automatization of the image pick-uped and data processing have being realizated.
