摘要
支撑结构的添加是快速成形工艺中一个重要的步骤。基于立体光固化工艺提出了一种齿形支撑结构的自动生成算法,既能固定零件、减少变形,又使支撑的剥离变得容易。该算法利用STL模型的拓扑信息,避免了3D和2D运算,从而解决了精度和计算速度之间的矛盾。此外,该算法还能生成三角片状支撑。
One of the important steps is to generateexternal support structures in some Rapid Prototypingtechniques. Based on SLA technique an efficient algo-rithm had been designed and implemented for automaticgeneration of toothed support structures. This algorithmexploits topological adjacency of STL models and avoidsthe complexity involved in 3D or 2D operations. It wellreconciles the conflicts between accuracy and computingspeed. Besides, the system provides the gusset supportstructures.
