滚动轴承振动与噪声关系的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 以实验为基础,研究6201—2RZ轴承振动与噪声的关系。借助数理统计理论,对实验数据进行了较全面的统计处理。数据处理结果表明,振动加速度有效值和噪声声压级的统计关系不明显;仅从低频、中频或高频的单个频段考虑,在各个频段里,速度有效值对噪声声压级的影响不具有统计相关性;若综合考虑三个频段,则速度有效值和噪声声压级具有一定的统计相关性,但由于所得到的回归方程的标准偏差比较大,因此用振动来描述和控制噪声的可靠性就比较差。为此,对于所研究的滚动轴承来说,不宜用振动代替噪声。 Based on experimentation, the relation-ship between the vibrations and the noises of rolling bear-ings was studied. A kind of rolling bearing, 6201-- 2RZ,was used in experimentations. The vibration include vir-tual values of the accelerations and velocities, and thenoise was the sound -- pressure-- level. The experimentaldata were comprehensively processed in the light of thetheory of mathematical statistics. According to the re-sults of data processing, the relationships between thevirtual values of vibrational acceleration and the sound-pressure -- level of the noise were not obvious. If ac-counting the gnals of low, intermediate and high frequen-cy-- bands respectively, the influences of the virtual val-ues of the vibrational velocity on the sound-- pressure -level of the noise had not statistical correlation in everyfrequency band. And if synthetical accounting the threefrequency -- bands, the virtual values of the vibrationalvelocity and the sound --pressure -- level of the noise hadstatistical correlation, but because the standard deviationof the regressive function gained was lager, the reliabilitywas lower if describing and controlling the noise usingthe vibration. For this reason, it is not suitable to usethe vibration instead of the noise for rolling bearingsstudied in theory and practice.
