摘要
针对韶冶真空炉提锌产生的富锗渣 ,提出了“球磨 中性浸出 氧化焙烧 氯化蒸馏 水解”工艺回收其中的锗。通过综合试验 ,考察了各操作工艺条件对锗回收效果的影响 ,确定了合适的工艺条件参数。在试验确定的优化工艺下 ,真空炉渣的锗直收率可达到 84.7%以上。
Germanium is recovered from gerichened vacuumn furnace slag of Shaoguan smelter using the flowsheet of ball milling neural leaching oxidizing roasting chloridizing distillation hydrolysis. The effect of various operating conditions on the recovery of germanium is investigated and suitable technical parameters is established. Under the optimal technical conditions the recovery of germanium can be up to 84.7%.
