摘要
研制了电动自行车用的长寿命VRLA电池。为延长电池寿命,采取了以下一些措施:采用高耐蚀的析氢过电位高的板栅合金;提高活性物质表观密度;选择了强度和吸液率均较理想的AGMP隔板;铅粉中加铋并在正负极铅膏中加入碳纤维以形成导电网络;采用高温高湿工艺。介绍了配套用的智能型负脉冲去极化充电器及充电方法。
Long-life VRLA batteries for electric bikes have been newly developed.For the purpose of extending the battery life the following measures were taken:use of high corrosion-resistant grid alloy with hydrogen evolution at high overpotential;increase in apparent density of active mass;selection of appropriate AGM separator;addition of bismuth in lead oxide;application of carbon fiber to positive and negagive paste to form a conduction network;improvement of curing processing,e.g.by high-temperature and high-humidity curing.In addtion,an intelligent charger with the function of depolarization by using negative pulse and charging algorithm were introduced.
