摘要 以某电厂 30 0MW发电机组HG 1 0 2 5 / 1 8.2YM6型锅炉为研究对象 ,采用结构化语言For tran和面向对象语言VB进行混合编程 ,开发了基于Windows环境的排烟温度偏高的故障诊断软件 ,详细介绍了软件的结构、功能和使用方法 。 Taking the HG - 1025/1. 82 - YM6 boiler of 300MW units in a power plant as object for study, the structural language Fortran and the object oriented language Visual Basic are used to carry out combined programming, and a fault diagnosis software based on Windows environment has been developed for analysing somewhat higher flue gas temperature. The structure, function and application of the said software have been presented in detail Taking the heating surface area and air - leakage ratio in furnace as examples, the influencing factors upon temperature of flue gas from utility boilers have been analysed and calculated.
