摘要 介绍山东日照发电厂 1号锅炉磨煤机启动过程中管壁超温问题的试验及结果。对磨煤机启动过程中过热器和再热器管壁超温的原因进行了分析 ,提出了解决管壁超温问题的具体措施。 The tests and study results for tube - wall over - temperature problem during the start - up course of pulverizing mills on boiler No. 1 hi Rizhou Power Plant, Shandong Province, have been presented. The causes leading to tube - wall over - temperature of reheater and superheater during the start - up course of reheater and superheater during the start - up course of pulverizing mills being analysed, and concrete measures for solving the said problem being put forward. The test results have certain guiding significance for solving the tube - wall over - temperature problems exsisting widely during the start - up course of pulverizing mills for wall - type combustion boilers.
